At Loose Leaf Tea Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical blends. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns on unopened tea products and accessories within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your tea remains in its original, heat-sealed packaging and that accessories are unused and in their original box.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and include the RA number inside the package before shipping it back to our blending facility.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
